The factory tests product ideas with a fixed amount of real money. It has one measure: money received minus money spent. The rules were written before the first euro was spent, and every attempt is published, including the ones that fail.

- The cost of model subscriptions is not in the budget.
- Received is what the payment processor reports, after fees and refunds. Left counts what came back into the budget fourteen days after payment.
